SHIPPING INFORMATION
*Free Postage & Packing is available to all orders over $50 in the USA when selected during checkout. (*Hawaii not included)
Back Orders: If your item is temporarily out of stock for 2-3 day we will ship the order in its entirety when the order is complete. * You will receive an email with tracking once it ships - please check your spam folder for FedEx notification.
If an item is on back-order from HQ, we will notify you and you may either get a refund for the out of stock item or we can backorder the item(s) to be shipped at a later date.
Shipping:
*Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed on the next business day. We are closed on Saturday/Sunday/Monday.
EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns are subject to approval. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of the order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If a package is returned to Cuti-Cool to due to failed delivery attempt or customer refusal it may be eligible for a refund minus the restocking fee, or it may be reshipped however the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping fees incurred.
